5일 방송된 SBS '인기가요'에서 빅스는 '태어나줘서 고마워'를 선곡했다. 빅스는 깔끔하고 댄디한 수트 차림으로 무대에 올랐다.

멤버들은 소파에 둘러 앉아 차분한 무대를 꾸몄다. 멤버들은 평소 보였던 강렬한 카리스마 대신 달콤한 목소리와 사랑스러운 눈빛으로 무대를 가득 채웠다. 또 무대 마지막에는 팬들을 위한 케이크가 등장, 감동을 더했다.

'태어나줘서 고마워'는 빅스가 변함없는 사랑을 보내준 팬들을 위해 바치는 곡이다. 어쿠스틱 기타가 어우러진 따뜻한 감성의 멜로디와 가사가 인상적이다.
